Our Story
Tresor Group was built on a simple belief: real value comes from real assets. Long before we expanded into larger multifamily development, the work started with a pair of boots on small job sites - finding overlooked parcels, managing trades directly, and learning firsthand how to build in some of the most complex markets in the country.
As the firm matured, so did our focus. We saw a widening gap between the housing people need and the supply available in downstate New York. Instead of chasing scale for its own sake, we concentrated on what we knew we could execute exceptionally well: disciplined, ground-up multifamily development backed by our local expertise, and willingness to solve the hard problems others avoid.
Over more than a decade, this approach shaped a platform that now spans acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, construction oversight, and long-term operations - all handled in-house. Tresor Group was built to operate with the accountability of an owner; co-investing our own capital into every deal we do.
A Message from the Founder
I began developing homes when I was 20 years old, investing everything I had (and more than I realistically should have) to make those first projects work. I spent my time on job sites, learning each trade, understanding the work, and taking responsibility for every decision. Those early projects taught me the value of discipline, precision, and showing up even when resources were limited.
As the work grew, so did the firm behind it. One project became several, and the scale increased gradually but deliberately. I brought on people who shared the same commitment to execution and built a network of consultants, lenders, and partners who saw consistency in our approach. The trust we developed became the foundation of what Tresor is today.
We now develop larger multifamily buildings across New York, but the mindset remains the same: stay close to the details, build responsibly, and remain fully accountable for the outcome.
